Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Market Access Manager to join our team in South Korea.
This position will support the Head of Market Access across a range of market access activities including pricing and reimbursement (P&R) strategy execution stakeholder engagement and market access operations.
The role is initially offered as a contractor position with the intention to transition to a full-time role upon successful completion of the contract period.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare pricing and reimbursement submissions for innovative therapies particularly in rare diseases and oncology.
- Lead and manage external vendors to develop optimal pricing strategy and develop value dossier.
- Coordinate and support interactions with external stakeholders including health authorities payers and patient advocacy groups.
- Assist in market research and landscape analysis related to healthcare policy reimbursement trends and competitive intelligence.
- Help organize internal cross-functional meetings and contribute to the development of market access strategies and tactics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Health Policy Public Health Business or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in Market Access Health Economics Government Affairs or related roles in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
- Understanding of the Korean healthcare and reimbursement system is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive flexible and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and professional proficiency in English.
