Job Description:
Delta Dental Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Techno Functional HCM Cloud Consultant with strong implementation and solutioning experience in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically in Payroll OTL Absence and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle solution delivery including fast formula development HCM extracts and BI reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Payroll OTL Absence Management and Benefits
- Provide techno-functional support across Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Design develop and test Fast Formulas for Payroll HCM and Benefits
- Build and support HCM extracts and BI reports
- Participate in the transition to Oracle Redwood UI
- Take end-to-end ownership of project deliverables and timelines
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll OTL Absence and Benefits
- Experience developing Fast Formulas
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher Reports
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Redwood UI transition
- Prior experience in large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of functional business processes in HR and Payroll
