ABOUT THE ROLE's 💛
Apex Radiology, located in O'Connor, are seeking 2 enthusiastic and experienced Booking Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for patients and referrers, these roles are vital in delivering exceptional service and supporting our clinical team.

Reporting to the local Administration Supervisor, responsibilities will includerepresenting Apex Radiology as the first impression of the practice when:

• Answering the telephone and responding to patient enquiries in an efficient and sensitive manner
• Making patient bookings while maximising appointment slots
• Informing patients of relevant preparation, costing estimates, and requirement to present relevant concession cards.
• Actioning patient referrals as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising of fellow Booking Centre AgentsReceptionists, Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
  
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🧩

• Delivering a warm and professional manner when interacting with patients
• Answering telephone enquiries with empathy and efficiency
• Managing patient bookings and maximising appointment availability
• Clearly communicating preparation instructions, cost estimates, and concession requirements
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team including Radiologists, Technologists, and fellow admin staff
• Actioning patient referrals & following processes while adhering to confidentiality requirements

ABOUT YOU 💪

• A 'Patient First' mindset with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail, particularly in for data entry
• Confident working across multiple digital platforms.
• Strong background in medical administration using patient entry or bookings systems: Radiology, General Practice, or Allied Health (highly regarded).
