Customer Service Representative (m/f) - Lisboa

We are looking for talented people who share our interests and values. Your tasks
- Telephone support for customer calls in the mentioned languages
- General information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers
- Processing of our customers requests and updating in our computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes activation of options or services change of address)
- Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service
What you bring
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Very good command of the English language at a professional level - minimum level C1: English
- Interest in telecommunication products
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00
- Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
