Job Description

Tasks
- Ensure the reliability scalability and availability of production systems and services.
- Automate repetitive operational processes reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools (logs metrics tracing) to proactively detect failures.
- Analyze and respond to incidents leading post-incident investigations (postmortems) with a focus on preventing recurrence.
- Collaborate with development teams to promote engineering best practices and continuous integration (CI/CD).
- Ensure platform security and compliance through controls updates and best practices.
- Perform capacity and performance analysis driving continuous improvement and forecasting future needs.
- Participate in change management and configuration management processes ensuring environment integrity.
- Support a DevOps culture by fostering collaboration between operations and development teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in automation monitoring and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services.
- Advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift AWS Proxmox and Hyper-V working in hybrid and mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to design operate and scale resilient systems with a focus on high availability observability performance and security.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices incident response and capacity management aligned with industry-leading SRE standards.
