Job Description:
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of network switching technologies and protocols including VLANs Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and routing protocols.
Hands-on experience with configuring and managing network switches from major vendors (e.g. Cisco Juniper Arista).
Develop and maintain network automation workflows and scripts using various programming languages (e.g. Python)
Experience with network management and monitoring tools.
Design and implement network switching and routing solutions with an eye towards automation and API integration.
Configure and deploy network devices ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and automation platforms.
Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Identify opportunities to automate manual network tasks such as configuration changes deployments and troubleshooting.
Understanding and hands on experience with SQL database like Postgres and Oracle DB
