Job Title: Local Support Assistant
Location: Regus Zagreb City Centre 5th Floor Grand Centar Hektorovieva ulica 2 10 000 Zagreb Croatia
Job Type: Freelance / On-Demand (Not Full-Time)
Schedule: Based on pre-scheduled appointments (Monday to Friday)
Duration: Half-day (up to 4 hours) or Full-day (up to 8 hours)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Local Support Assistant based in Zagreb Croatia to provide on-site operational and IT support at our local office.
Please note: This is a freelance on-demand role not full-time. Tasks will be scheduled based on your availability and our operational needs. Assignments may vary in frequency and there could be weeks without any scheduled appointments.
Tasks
Shipment Assistance
- Prepare incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Track deliveries confirm receipt and follow up with carriers.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Perform regular inventory checks of IT equipment hardware and office supplies.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies or restocking needs.
On-Site IT Support
- Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist with server resets cabling power cycles and general maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with remote IT teams for guided interventions.
- Ensure proper operation of network equipment printers and workstations.
General Office Support
- Act as the on-site contact for pre-scheduled support requests.
- Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and coordination.
- Communicate clearly about task status and any operational issues.
Requirements
- Energetic proactive and detail-oriented.
- Basic IT knowledge including hardware setup cabling server environments and troubleshooting.
- Flexible and available for on-demand weekday support.
- Located near or able to easily access Regus Zagreb City Centre Hektorovieva ulica 2 Zagreb.
- Experience in logistics admin or IT support is a plus.
- Strong communication and reliability.
