Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed timelines budgets and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and performance ensuring alignment with PMO standards and best practices.
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver clear concise project status reports and updates to senior leadership.
Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in project management within a Project Management Office in an Agile organization.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills especially with key stakeholders
- Can lead complex projects while maintaining clear oversight of timelines deliverables and potential risks
- Disciplined approach to documentation and has excellent coordination skills and a hands-on mindset
- Ability to understand technical processes data structures and user experience flows
- Experience working in a structured detail-oriented and process-driven way
