Job Description
Were hiring our first dedicated AI engineer.
At MultiBase weve spent 33 years helping mid-sized companies turn data into clarity. Now were building something new: AI agents that sit on structured data answer real business questions and actually get used.
Were looking for a Founding AI Lead someone who wants to build own and grow. Youll join early shape the roadmap and help us evolve from projects to products.
Tasks
The Role
- Build AI tools and agents using LLMs (LangChain LlamaIndex CrewAI etc.)
- Create natural language interfaces for BI insights
- Work hands-on and help define architecture
- Collaborate with founders BI consultants and external AI partners
- Grow into a leadership role this is designed to scale with you
Requirements
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 2 years experience building AI/ML solutions (Python preferred)
- Know your way around LLMs prompts agents and data pipelines
- Can explain your thinking clearly to tech and business teams
- Are ready to step up from contributor to owner
- Bonus: Experience with structured data and Power BI
