Job Description
An AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking a Construction Defect Defense Attorney to join its Tampa office.
The firm is looking for a candidate with 2 years of construction defect defense litigation experience. The role will involve handling hearings taking/defending depositions and preparing pleadings and discovery for defending construction defect cases and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling hearings and depositions independently without extensive supervision.

Requirements:
- 2 years of construction defect defense litigation and/or casualty defense experience.
- Experience in preparing pleadings discovery and motions
- Proven ability to handle hearings and depositions autonomously
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- A clear path for professional development (including clear track to partnership with equity)
