Job Description
Receive inspect and store incoming materials and supplies
Maintain organized and accurate inventory; prepare and package outgoing shipments
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; load and unload trucks
Check materials for quality before processing or shipping; perform inventory audits
Collaborate with design and fabrication teams; communicate effectively with supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Keep records of inventory movements and complete required paperwork
Assist with basic fabrication tasks and support process improvements
Manage all shipping tasks promptly and accurately
Qualifications :
Lift up to 50 lbs and assist with heavier team lifts; stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment comfortably
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with inventory systems and basic counting
Basic understanding of design and fabrication processes
Use hand tools and power tools safely; basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized
Communicate clearly with team members and work independently when needed
Willing to work different shifts and overtime; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
