Job Description
The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting analyzing and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform semi-complex activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements
- Interpret data analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
- Submission Clearance
- Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
- Auto
- Compliance
- Other operations as needed.
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately as per specifications.
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables.
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed.
- Other operational tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail and quality minded
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
- 1-3 years data processing and analysis experience required
- Previous experience in insurance industry desirable
