As the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with the most important client accounts at Entertainment Benefits Group. These high-profile Fortune 100 and 500 clients are among the most valuable contributors to company revenue and user engagement. In this role youll serve as the lead point of contact for all key client matters working closely with Executive and C-level professionals. Youll anticipate client needs provide strategic consultation identify opportunities for user growth and expand business opportunities within existing accounts.
Essential Functions
- Develop well-nurtured solid and trusting relationships between major key clients and company
- Effectively communicate companys promotions to corporate clients via telephone through e-marketing and additional communication methods.
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
- Experience in dynamic strategic planning to improve client results a must
- Generate tracking reports to evaluate trends and consult with clients
- Utilize internal reporting to identify opportunities for growth & engagement in book of business
- Define & execute key strategy value props and solutions for client engagement & growth for the clients in your portfolio while proactively identifying new opportunities to increase the footprint of our platform in their organizations.
- Maintain relationship & business partnership with existing contacts and create new relationships with new contacts to establish reach within the clients organization

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
- Background in goal oriented B2B account management and sales
- Minimum 7 years in a senior account management role
- Experience in targeting Fortune 100 & 500 companies
- Proven success in managing marquee accounts with 20mm in revenues
- Create and expand meaningful relationships to support B2B growth initiatives
- Develop own & consult client-specific tactical objectives to promote long-term engagement and growth
- Exemplary interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both remotely and in-person
- Experience working with Executive & C-Level executives
- Strategic analytical data-driven independently motivated
- Hold in-depth understanding of company key clients
- Analyze data and statistics and translate into better solutions and opportunities for our clients to promote the platform to their audience.
- Ability to multi-task be a team player and have strong organizational skills
- Travel on occasion as the business needs
