Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
As a Senior Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to your development team. Your role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from conceptualization and design to development testing and maintenance. You will lead the design of complex systems and applications including 3D/2D render pipelines while guiding and mentoring other engineers. Your broad and deep understanding of various technologies will ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets user and stakeholder expectations.
In addition to the above your role will involve:
- Software Development & Optimization: Design develop and optimize high-quality secure scalable and reliable software that meets business and customer needs.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and direction to teams mentoring engineers to foster a collaborative environment and achieve business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Problem Solving: Engage with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system architecture and performance.
- Project Scoping & Risk Management: Lead work estimates and forecasts identifying risks challenges and opportunities with technical expertise.
- Standards & Code Reviews: Adhere to and improve architecture design implementation and security standards conduct code reviews and promoting collaborative programming.
- System Integration & Testing: Analyse integration needs design complex system integrations and implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Reusable Components & Documentation: Develop and maintain reusable software components and frameworks defining and maintaining standards for technical documentation.
- Communication & Continuous Improvement: Convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders and continuously enhance development practices and processes for better efficiency and quality.

As a Senior Software Engineer youll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team that includes the Product Manager Solution Architect fellow developers and application experts. You wont just contribute codeyoull help shape the technical direction mentor team members and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your leadership will play a key role in turning ideas into scalable maintainable and impactful software.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...
- Experience: Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on experience in application development and system integration. NET Core Microservices and APIs are must have with strong hands-on skills.
- Azure Cloud Services: Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Azure Service Bus Azure App Service Azure App Insights Blob Storage Azure Monitoring and Azure Cosmos DB.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in creating and working with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep Terraform etc.
- Messaging Frameworks and Event Brokers: Exposure to Solace PubSub Kafka etc.
- Integration Projects: Experience in building cloud-native integrations.
- Application and Cloud Security: Good knowledge of best practices.
- Artifact Preparation: Ability to prepare well-designed artifacts.
- Technical Improvements: Ability to suggest technical improvements.
