Job Description

H&M Beauty is on a bold journey to become the worlds most fashionable beauty destination. Were reimagining beauty through our elevated private label assortmentspanning makeup fragrance and toolsand complementing it with a curated selection of external beauty brands. Were now looking for a Global head of Omni Sales  to lead and grow our beauty business across all channels and markets.

WHAT YOULL DO

As Global head of Omni Sales  you will set the strategic direction and lead the execution to drive profitable omnichannel growthshort and long termacross existing and new markets. Together with your team youll own the running business new market entries and lead cross-functional projects that enhance the full customer experience and fuel top- and bottom-line performance.

Youll collaborate closely with key functions across the brandMarketing Business Development Assortment Commercial Development & Growth and our global Regions/Marketsto ensure alignment in strategy branding and customer experience.

You will lead a large cross-functional team covering store digital and store developmentincluding merchandising operations visual merchandising and more.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a passionate and strategic sales leader with strong commercial acumen an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to translate vision into action. You are confident in leading through others and you inspire teams through clear direction hands-on involvement and a collaborative spirit.

We are looking for people with

  • Extensive experience in leading both store and digital sales
  • Strong understanding of regional or market-level execution of global sales strategies
  • A proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth
  • Solid experience as a senior leader including full team and budget responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in an international retail context
  • P&L ownership experience and a strategic approach to business development
  • A genuine interest in the beauty industry
