Job Description
- Demonstrated expertise in manual testing with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test management and test execution tools
- Perform component-level testing ensuring system modules function correctly and meet requirements
- Analyse and interpret user stories to develop comprehensive and effective test cases
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills working closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and coaching to QA team members supporting their development and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Identify root causes and effectively analyze and resolve issues as they arise during the QA lifecycle
- Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in manual QA testing
- Industry-recognized certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level
- Experience in creating maintaining and executing detailed test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
Nice to have/Open to Learn:
- Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Working knowledge of Java and Selenium
