Job Title: Consultant L1 Support (Manhattan WMS)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: 260 Brimley Rd. Scarborough ON M1M 3H8 Canada
Experience Required: 5 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to provide Level 1 (L1) Support for Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS support and hands-on experience with SQL to manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for Manhattan WMS addressing user queries and system issues.
- Monitor system performance and log support incidents in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams as needed.
- Perform basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with business users and IT teams to ensure prompt resolution of incidents.
- Document issues resolutions and create user support guides as required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Manhattan WMS (Warehouse Management System) hands-on support experience.
- SQL basic to intermediate querying skills for issue diagnosis and data validation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse logistics or supply chain domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
