Job Description
R.J. Kielty Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking dependable Plumber Helpers to join our New Construction Plumbing team. This is a full-time entry-level position offering hands-on training benefits and long-term career growth in the trades.
Starting Pay is $15/hour with eligibility for performance-pay after 60 days.

Responsibilities
As a Plumber Helper you will assist licensed plumbers with new construction projects learning the trade through hands-on work. Duties include:
- Showing up on time ready to work
- Following instructions and safety procedures
- Helping with pipe installation tools and job site cleanup
- Keeping the work truck and tools clean and organized
- Maintaining a professional appearance
- Following all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must be at least
21 years old (required to drive company vehicles) - Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check and drug test (as required by law)
- Basic hand tools preferred
