Job Description

TEAM SUPPORT

Ensure the verification of the teams trackers for completion within the stipulated deadlines.

Aid in fulfilling clients event-related requests.

Oversee the management of Business-to-Business sales contests.

Take the lead in conducting monthly team meetings.

Organize the requirements of the promotional plan in collaboration with other cross-functional teams.

Assist the team in completing forms for new item listings.

Coordinate the distribution of OPL kits and samples to key customers to ensure equal sample allocation among teams.

Support the Team in implementing critical Long-Term Sales Drivers such as Cold at Cash Warm Ambient Racks and Cold In HMR.

Oversee the management of the teams folder and communications on Microsoft Teams.

 

MERCHANDISING SUPPORT

Monitor Red Bull and competitive activities within key customer accounts.

Conduct audits on the execution of plans in stores and provide feedback to key stakeholders.

Confirm the POS teams requests for each marketing period prior to submission to the printing department.

 

MONTHLY REPORTING

Aid in conducting sales analysis for key clients.

Maintain a record of Red Bull assets for each client.

Formulate comprehensive recommendations based on these reports present actionable items to key stakeholders and ensure alignment with the business plan.

Act as the teams representative in cross-functional team meetings.

Aggregate tracker data and verify the accuracy of monthly cycle plans.

 

CUSTOMER & COMPETITIVE RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

Conduct store checks audits with summarized findings.

Participate in monthly Account Sales Manager trade days at Distribution Partner and with the National Account Manager.

Monitor and record competitive pricing promotion and in-store execution activity.


Qualifications :

1 year(s) experience in a support role within the CPG industry ideally as part of a Key Account team or a broader sales team.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task proficiently.

Strong analytical skills able to sort through data and provide concrete recommendations.

Innovative solution-oriented mindset.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Communication and presentation skills.

Experience with A.C. Nielsen is an asset.

Bilingual in English/French is an asset.

Bachelors Degree required.
