Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for publishing video content across all digital platforms using our Content Management System (CMS).
- Publish a variety of video content including Set Highlights Match Highlights Press Conferences and more.
- Create compelling and SEO-optimized titles descriptions and tags in line with our style guide.
- Design and select appropriate video thumbnails for each video category.
- Upload and manage video assets through platforms such as Vita and Google OneBox ensuring proper URL formatting (including CID code) accurate titling and successful publication.
- Track video uploads and publishing status in real-time using shared Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends between August 24 2025 and September 7 2025.
- Comfortable working under pressure during a multi-day live event.
- Experienced in using CMS platforms for video publishing and content management.
- Familiar with communication tools like Slack to collaborate in a virtual team environment.
- Skilled in SEO best practices and content optimization for digital distribution.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with video editing or clipping tools such as WSC Minutely or Clipro is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with tennis or interest in the sport is a plus.
