The Role:

Are you an experienced trainer with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and a drive to support team success Were seeking a motivated professional to lead impactful training initiatives and step in with confident leadership when supervisory support is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training for new hires and current associates on WMS equipment use safety and best practices.
  • Manage training programs using Paycom Learning and ensure all certifications and requirements are met.
  • Mentor new hires and support associate growth and development.
  • Step in for supervisors when needed to maintain productivity workflow and compliance on the warehouse floor.
  • Lead shift huddles coordinate task assignments and assist with issue resolution.
  • Promote continuous improvement by supporting quality audits and process enhancements.

Qualifications

The Successful Candidate will bring:

  • 3 years experience in a distribution center required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of WMS/DMS warehouse operations and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication multitasking and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays as needed
