Job Description

BFA Fairfax middle school is seeking a highly collaborative student-centered school counselor to join our team. The counselor will be responsible for developing individual and systemic social-emotional programming. Strong ability to nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with students families staff and outside support agencies required. Additional desired skills include empathy patience effective communication organizational skills critical thinking cultural competence and collaboration.
