You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you an experienced HR professional seeking a role where you can make a real impact Emerson is looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our team in Stafford TX. In this role you will be instrumentalin leading culture and employee experience at our manufacturing in a matrixed organization you will report to the Plant Manager along with a strong dotted line reporting relationship with the Americas HR Director and VP Pressure Relief Valves.
You will work to build and maintain positiverelationships with cross-functional partners helping to drive business results. You will leadthe Human Resources function in Stafford covering areas such as employee relations training and development compensation recruitment and succession will provide leadership to our business and manufacturing operations which employees approximately 500 employees.
