Job Summary:
Were looking for a highly dependable individual familiar with common rental store items to work in our rental department. The Rental Associate is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all activities of the rental department. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following tasks with little or no supervision. In addition familiar and common to outdoor power equipment such as STIHL Gravely Zero-Turn mowers Milwaukee and DeWalt and other outdoor power equipment. Typically 40 to 48 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide rental rates and quotes.
- Check rentals in and out each day and maintain contract files and rental reservations.
- Write rental contracts on a PC program.
- Schedule pick-up and/or delivery of rental equipment and load/unload equipment.
Qualifications:
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs including nights and weekends.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer-based concepts quickly.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.
- Good driving record some delivery and pick-ups
- Engage in discussions with customers related to the proper equipment based on customers needs.
- Knowledge of or be able to learn about all rental equipment including operation application capabilities and limitations.
- Knowledge of routine maintenance and troubleshooting requirements of all rental equipment.
- Aptitude/general knowledge of small engines.
- Ability to perform light tune-ups oil changes and small parts replacement on rental equipment.
Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

We offer over 67000 items through our warehouse that can be shipped to your door or to our store! Other services provided are UPS shipping and drop off location key cutting glass cutting propane refills and delivery.

The children and the team enjoy the classroom visits by sharing a great story and conversation. For years Porter Cecily and Novah assist in the family business by sharing our story on KMZU and KRLI radio putting up the truck orders and assisting customers. In 2021 the Eiserer family grew to six with a second son Marlo.
