Description

Primary Objective

Assist in maintaining critical building systems by working with outside vendors and CEENTA staff to make sure our facilities are safe comfortable clean and all equipment is working as designed. Support the Director of Property Development & Construction with new building and interior renovation projects to meet the space growth needs of CEENTA.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate with resources and staff as needed for facility projects.
  • Manage equipment inventory repairs and replacement.
  • Maintain understanding of critical systems of our buildings and how to support them.
  • Manage facilities projects for replacement and repairs to key systems of CEENTA properties.
  • Assist with life safety inspections documentation and required repairs.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing department to order replacement parts and equipment as required and approved.
  • Maintain open communication with managers to keep them informed of the status of repairs construction equipment repairs etc.
  • Perform key holder services for SouthPark.
  • Assist with emergency issues at South Park and other locations as needed.
  • Assist with space allocation spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with Accounting to reconcile expenses on buildings owned or leased by CFP.
  • Diagnose problems with buildings and resources required to manage repairs as needed.
  • Understand HVAC controls software to make basic changes in temperature settings and how to reset systems.
  • Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the position.
  • The ability to work on-site.

Training will be one-on-one with Director of Property Development & Construction. Training will begin with facilities-related software systems including:

  • Card Access control software
  • HVAC controls software
  • Building Engines property management software
  • Microsoft Planner project management software

Our clinics must always be clean safe comfortable and inviting. The Facilities Project Manager position will have a key role in maintaining expanding and renovating these clinics.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in related field

Experience

  • 2-5 Years of Experience
  • Property management
  • Project Management
  • Construction

Certificates Licenses Registrations

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervising vendors and staff as needed to coordinate projects to create budgets schedules and priorities to complete projects on time and within budget with the least impact to clinics staff and patients.

Physical Demands: Occasionally assist with setup of conference rooms by moving tables and chairs.

Travel to other CEENTA locations as needed to support renovations and equipment repairs/replacements.

A Typical Day in the Position

  • HVAC control adjustments.
  • Security door schedule adjustments.
  • Coordinate maintenance personnel as required.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs as needed including securing required parts.
  • Document all equipment and status of repair history to recommend replacement as warranted.
  • Communicating clear expectations with staff and physicians related to maintenance timetables and cost.
  • Verify and maintain life safety inspections and records for all locations.
  • Organize emergency contacts and procedures for fire burglar panic and security systems.
  • Assist director with renovation and new construction projects as required.
