The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Companys Global Talent Management (GTM) organization is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Executive Movement Specialist to join our team in Seattle WA Berkeley MO Chicago IL or North Charleston SC. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 4 and Level 5 Specialists to find the best fit for this position.
This role is responsible for ensuring that new executives and/or existing executives have a seamless and successful transition into their new roles and the company culture. This role plays a critical part in helping executive hires quickly become effective leaders contribute to the organizations goals and role model Boeings values behaviors and leadership expectations.
The Executive Movement Specialist orchestrates and manages the leadership transition plan for newly hired and existing executives changing roles. This includes pre-arrival preparation in partnership with Talent Acquisition through the initial months of employment. They serve as the focal in support of new executive transition ensuring support guidance and resources are updated and available to help them integrate into the organization and their teams.
The successful incumbent will also be responsible for managing the processes that help match open roles and talent development moves in line with succession plan goals. They provide ExCo reporting on upcoming moves and track movement metrics for business reporting.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee and continuously improve executive move processes that support succession plan goals including coordinating talent development forums to discuss overall talent movement strategy and its alignment with business goals summarizing related key talent mobility metrics (such as internal hiring rate talent turnover and leadership satisfaction with career development opportunities)
Manage executive new leader assimilation sessions
Partner with key stakeholders (line leader HRBP GTM partner) to define scope goals and structured process select a facilitator prepare relevant materials and educate on the process; ensure debrief happens in a timely manner and follow-up actions are completed
Design and implement leadership transition resources
Develop bespoke transition plans in collaboration with assigned GTM Partner Executive Development and Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) that align with the companys culture values and strategic goals
Provide Integration Supportdriving clarity of the roles and responsibilities of those supporting the executives transition to include their leader peer mentor HRBP GTM partner etc.
Ensure introductions and networking opportunities with key stakeholders including department heads team members and important clients to help executives build crucial relationships
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to productivity goal achievement rate and executive engagement and manager effectiveness levels to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program
Collect feedback from the executive and their team to identify areas for improvement
Ensure 360 assessment launched at 6-month mark
Work with new Executive HRBP and new line leader to determine correct stakeholder are selected to participate in the 360 process and that a debrief and development conversation are completed in support of the executives ongoing professional growth

Knowledge of HRIS and Technology:Proficiency in HR software onboarding platforms and virtual communication tools
Data Analysis Skills:Ability to track and analyze onboarding and talent movement metrics to assess program effectiveness
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience working in an HR role (Business Partner Generalist or talent Specialist) with experience specifically supporting senior leaders
5 years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
5 years of experience with project management involving broad and senior level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
