Job Title: Program Coordinator
Employment: Full-time
Salary Range: $43888- $50700
Reports To: Program Manager
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional evenings and weekends

Supervisory Responsibility: Supervises a team of part-time Program Coaches
FLSA Status: Exempt
SUMMARY
As the Program Coordinator you are responsible for supporting the Program Managers to ensure that Read Better Be Better (RBBB) programs are implemented in accordance with established standards with school partners. You will be expected to effectively liaison between the Program Managers Program Coaches and school partners to achieve this goal.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overseeing and enforcing RBBB policies and procedures to ensure effective implementation of the RBBB program.
- Assist with Program Coach hiring motivation and retention.
- Enaction of disciplinary process as needed.
- Supervise a team of part-time Program Coaches that follows and enforces policies to keep students safe.
- Lead weekly Program Coach team meetings to ensure program fidelity. Conduct ongoing observations and coaching of Program Coaches.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining school partner relationships while elevating all appropriate communications to Program Manager.
- Conduct material preparation for all phases of programming.
- Provide site and Program Coach support.
- Responsible for data collection and input.
- Attend Program Team meetings and 1:1 meetings with Program Manager.
- Support the efforts of other Program Coordinators Program Managers and all RBBB departments strategic priorities.
- Support the mission vision and values of Read Better Be Better daily.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to conduct yourself in accordance with the Read Better Be Better vision mission and values
- Demonstrate leadership skills/supervisory experience in a previous role
- Experience in education or nonprofit organization preferred
- Ability to address and manage conflict among peers direct reports and partners
- Ability to consistently enforce policies and procedures
- Ability to take initiative; self-starter
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Plan and meet deadlines; time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned and/or to support your team
- Highly skilled in problem solving professionalism effective communication relationship-building and writing skills
- Proficiency in various software including but not limited to Office 365 and
Microsoft Office Suite
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Must have a valid Arizona drivers license
- Must have or obtain a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position will require frequent travel to designated school partners.
- This position requires work hours into the early evening during each semester
while program is being implemented at partner schools.
- Program Coordinators work primarily at the RBBB office and school sites with
opportunity for flexible work schedule at the discretion of the Program Manager.
- This position operates in a professional and entrepreneurial office environment.
- The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones
copiers and filing cabinets
