As a staff supporting digital practice engagements you will be expected to work effectively as team member share responsibilities with your peers provide all necessary support to your peers and leadership and be able to communicate and update the senior team members on progress made; provide all necessary support to your peers and leadership and be able to communicate and update team members on progress. In addition you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process for PIV cards including verifying the identity of applicants and collecting required documentation.
- Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistency and security during the enrollment process.
- Manage appointments and schedules to accommodate a steady flow of applicants while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants explaining the enrollment process required documents and any additional steps they need to follow. Provide excellent customer service to address questions and concerns related to the enrollment process.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process including documentation of each applicants information enrollment date and any issues encountered.
- Work in a collaborative environment and successfully manage projects based on changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on key deliverables.
- Deliver excellent interpersonal communication organizational and scheduling skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
In addition to your client responsibilities you will also be expected to fulfill staff-level responsibilities within the firm. EY staff support people-related initiatives including recruiting events and interview nights. Staff are also expected to support and participate in internal firm activities including training programs and courses in order to stay current on training requirements and continuously improve technical skills. Lastly you will be expected to understand and follow all workplace policies and procedures including all applicable Independence policies.
Skills and attributes for success
You will have previous exposure to technology consulting and a keen interest in advising the US government and Public sector. You should have strong communication skills and business and technology acumen and have a passion for delivering value to our clients.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a top secret clearance or higher which will be driven by the engagement requirement.
- Accurately collect and document personal information biometric data (such as fingerprints) and other necessary details from applicants. Ensure that all required documents and forms are properly completed and submitted according to established guidelines.
- Handle sensitive personal information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data protection regulations and organizational security protocols. Maintain the security and integrity of collected data and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts. Use approved verification methods to ensure the identity of applicants before proceeding with the enrollment process.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $53900 to $89000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $64600 to $101100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and geography. In addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
