1. Participates in the development and implementation of the Universitys strategic plan (Responsibility):
- Contributes to the development and implementation of the Universitys strategic documents
- Prepares analytical materials presentations and reports
- Participates in the initiation and management of the Universitys strategic projects
- Assesses current strategies of the Schools identifies risks and areas for improvement
2. Coordinates interaction between departments to ensure effective implementation of strategic plans; maintains communication between the University departments schools and institutions for synchronization of strategic initiatives (Responsibility):
- Facilitates interaction between University departments schools organizations and relevant stakeholders
- Regularly collects and analyzes data on key performance indicators (KPIs) of schools and departments
- Organizes and conducts regular meetings with internal auditors on strategic initiatives and develops proposals for implementing their recommendations
- Coordinates with the Risk Management Coordinator during the development of risk mitigation strategies and response measures to minimize the impact of identified risks
3. Provides administrative support to the Office and performs other tasks assigned by the management:
- Manages the office budget
- Provides support in preparing materials for strategic committee meetings and leadership sessions
- Executes specific tasks assigned by the supervisor related to the implementation of the Offices responsibilities.
Qualifications :
Education
- Higher education (preferably in management economics education strategy or related fields).
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
Work experience requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in strategic planning project management or analytics.
- Ability to work with data prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
- Experience in liaising with external partners government agencies and international organizations (preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

- Mandatory requirement: Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Status of Nazarbayev University Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools and Nazarbayev Fund as well as other legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of strategy management economics (specify field).
Language requirements
Fluent in English Kazakh and Russian.
