Job Description

The Country Marketing Partner plays a strategic and business-critical role in accelerating revenue growth customer acquisition and

brand awareness for SGS in Latin America. This role is designed to act as a trusted business partner for all Business Units ensuring

marketing is directly contributing to commercial success by shaping market-driven customer-centric strategies that outsize growth.

The position is responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive demand generation enhance SGSs

positioning in the market and strengthen our brand as the preferred choice for customers across industries.

 

Additionally this role has ownership and accountability for:

Constantly analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to position SGS ahead of competitors.

Closing the gap between where SGS stands today and where we need to be in the market.

Designing practical results-driven marketing strategies that are simple to apply yet deliver tangible business impact.

This role requires a highly strategic hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced complex environments and is deeply aligned

with commercial goals. Success in this role means contributing directly to revenue growth increasing market penetration

and making SGS the first choice for customers in Latin America.

 

Responsabilities

Act as a key marketing partner for country Managing Director Business Unit Leaders and Commercial Teams. Align marketing efforts with business priorities and commercial strategies ensuring marketing is a revenue-driving function. Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to leverage global best practices and adapt them to local market needs. Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to accelerate revenue growth and customer acquisition. Design and implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies to maximize opportunities with existing customers. Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts ensuring campaigns and initiatives are tailored for maximum impact in key markets. Partner with commercial teams to support sales enablement efforts ensuring marketing strategies translate into tangible business outcomes. Own SGSs market positioning strategy in the country ensuring it aligns with customer needs and industry trends. Continuously map the competitive landscape benchmarking SGS against key competitors and identifying differentiators that can drive market advantage. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and preference ensuring SGS is recognized as the most trusted provider of choice. Leverage data insights and analytics to inform marketing decisions continuously measuring and optimizing performance. Establish clear KPIs and success metrics tracking ROI of marketing initiatives and ensuring business impact is demonstrable. Utilize market research customer insights and industry trends to refine SGSs go-to-market approach. Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital content events partnerships) that drive lead generation and customer engagement. Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO paid media website optimization and social media strategies. Ensure consistent high-quality brand messaging and storytelling working closely with regional and global marketing teams. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute impactful industry events sponsorships and customer engagement programs.


Qualifications :

10 years of experience in B2B marketing demand generation and brand positioning preferably in professional services technology or industrial sectors. Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives in Latin America. Experience leading multi-country marketing teams and working in fast-paced matrixed organizations. Strong experience in commercially oriented marketing with direct impact on sales customer acquisition and revenue growth. Deep expertise in competitive analysis strategic positioning and brand storytelling. Hands-on experience with digital marketing lead generation SEO/SEM and marketing automation platforms. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with English proficiency to interact with global teams.
