Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Running Operational Excellence projects: The key for this role is the ability to interact with local employees on all levels and provide ongoing coaching
- Team coordination: creation and tracking/ monitoring of project plans escalation of challenges managing interfaces with local teams identifying and testing solutions to identified operational issues documentin overall impact.
- Developing parts of existing operational methodology creating new training modules reviewing proposals from colleagues and leading workshops to challenge and further complete the methodology.
- Partnering with department heads to identify gaps and propose effective solutions to deal with daily operational challenges aiming at constantly improving our service level.
- Audit our process and methods with an efficiency mindset to generate productivity gains and optimize our daily operations costs having a direct impact on our margin.
- Designing and deploying SOPs and policies to drive key projects or implement best practices transversally.
- Building and cascading a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all Operations functions
Qualifications :
In order to succeed in this role you must have:
- A Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain from a top tier Engineering School;
- 3-8 years of successful work experience as consultant or Operational Excellence engineer;
- Excellent knowledge of Lean methodologies and proven track record in deploying continuous improvement;
- Ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization;
- A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism;
- A hands-on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills;
