About The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People Safety and Culture Branch as a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a permanent full-time role supporting a diverse portfolio of internal clients across Council.
This dynamic and rewarding role offers exposure to the full spectrum of generalist HR services from hands-on recruitment through to coaching leaders managing complex disciplinary matters and contributing to strategic workforce matters. Youll work closely with WHS and Organisational Development and Learning to deliver meaningful people-centred outcomes and contribute to a high-performance culture.
This role provides an opportunity to build your skills across a large and diverse organisation while making a genuine impact and supporting the growth of your colleagues and community.
About You
We are seeking an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a varied fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical confident advice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will bring demonstrated experience in recruitment performance and conduct matters and applying sound HR practices within a legislative framework.
Youll be a collaborative team member keen to contribute to a positive team culture and passionate about supporting others to grow. Youre comfortable working independently while sharing knowledge and learning with others and you value being part of a supportive and forward-thinking HR team.
