To lead the restaurant and bar operations in delivering exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on service presentation and hospitality standards. The role ensures the seamless coordination of staff guest engagement compliance and commercial performance of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations ensuring a friendly professional and efficient service.
Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining ambience service consistency and staff attentiveness.
Monitor food safety and hygiene compliance across all F&B service areas.
Ensure team members are trained on menus dietary requirements promotions and upselling techniques.
Handle guest enquiries and reservations and manage service recovery promptly.
Lead team briefings performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
Coordinate conference and function setups as needed.
Take ownership of stock ordering inventory control and cost-effective management of supplies.
Support financial reporting budgeting and KPI monitoring.
Ensure compliance with RSA legislation and hotel liquor licensing policies.
Contribute to recruitment onboarding and retention strategies aligned with company values.
Foster a culture of inclusion continuous learning and Heartist hospitality.
Ensure WHS policies manual handling techniques and safety practices are adhered to at all times.
Support Accors environmental and sustainability goals by promoting waste reduction and energy conservation.
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience:
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Minimum 1 years of leadership experience in a restaurant bar or hospitality venue.
Strong understanding of beverages including wine cocktails beer and spirits.
Experience with stock control budgeting and team development.
