Job Description
A Medicaid application company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medicaid Account Manager to join its team and support the intake and onboarding process for new patients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Medicaid services excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive documentation and communication effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the intake and onboarding process for new Medicaid applicants.
Collect review and process all necessary documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicate with patients and families to guide them through the Medicaid application process.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and complete onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Monitor case progress and follow up with applicants to resolve any outstanding issues.
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in Medicaid healthcare intake or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Medicaid application procedures and eligibility requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
