Butterworth Hospital 100 Michigan St Grand Rapids.
Schedule: Full-time 5:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Monday to Friday. Variable weekend.
Provides team leadership and assists the team in scheduling and workflow to ensure customers are serviced and administrative duties are completed in a timely manner. Directs and maintains accountability for complex multi-faceted programs. Provides administrative support through the appropriate use of software and/or other tools. Acts as a subject matter expert and resource for others on the team. Exhibits initiative and knowledge to assure operations carry on in the usual manner in managements absence.
Serve as subject matter expert when interacting with peers to provide resolution of complex/escalated issues
Manage team workloads and assign work based on peak times ensuring all work is completed within the departments documented time frames
Support leadership in monitoring issues with workflow workloads staffing and reporting
Maintain excellent knowledge of appropriate regulatory/compliance requirements and ensures adherence
Serves as subject matter expert on systems/technology utilized
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of relevant experience Customer service environment with increasing level of responsibility Required
Preferred
Associates degree or equivalent specific course work in office administration/secretarial science or equivalent level of education and experience
