Job Description
LINQM has been engaged to help a client with Senior AP Position. The right candidate has at least 4 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience working with with large ERP system Experience with 3 way matching Experience with Electronic Matching with Scanning and Workflow Application
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide complex accounting support including data analysis and other tasks under limited supervision
- Lead plan and execute accounting projects
- Analyze and maintain vendor file
- Establish and follow processes for setting up suppliers HCPs and employees in accordance with SOX.
- Review and verify information for vendor set up to ensure accuracy and appropriate approvals have been obtained
- Key point of contact with vendors and internal customers
- Identify and resolve issues related to supplier set up through collaboration with both internal customers and external suppliers
