Senior HR Advisor
Campsie Site 39.75 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Senior HR Advisor to contribute to the Campsie team.

As a Senior HR Advisor at Terex based in Campsie youll play a pivotal role in providing advice and support managers in all day-to-day operational HR matters acting as a true business partner. Whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of HR you will support the development and delivery of the HR Strategy alongside the Senior HR Manager.
This is a key hire for the organisation and you will be working closely with stakeholders to understand business and operational efficiencies and in turn improve business performance by driving the people agenda to achieve business results and a culture that empowers team members to grow their career

This is a rewarding and challenging role ideally requiring a CIPD qualified HR professional who enjoys the broad spectrum of both planned and reactive HR. If you are confident a strong communicator keen to bring forward new ideas and have strong computer literacy skills this could be what you are looking for and we would love to hear from you!
It is essential that you have previously worked within a large Manufacturing environment and have extensive employee relations experience combined with strong NI legislation knowledge.
Previous experience should illustrate a track record of acting as a true HR business partner where you have provided operational HR support. You will be adept at working in a fast paced complex environment and able to balance the operational demands of the business along with multiple project initiatives. You will be a creative individual who is able to understand how short-term decisions impact the long term goals of the organisation.
