Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
- Configuring Workday HR modules based on business requirements and functional specifications
- Supporting the creation of custom business processes including configuration of approval workflows notifications and integrations with other Systems
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Experience configuring and developing Workday HCM modules (Core HCM Recruiting Talent Management and Learning)
- Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
- Knowledge of Workday Web Services and APIs for integration with external systems (e.g. finance payroll and third-party vendors) is an advantage
- Experience working in agile or waterfall project environments collaborating with project teams to deliver solutions on time
Desirable extras.
- German language skills are a plus
