Job Description
Position: Marketing & Sales Intern
Location: HYBRID - Remote & Toronto Head Office location
Estimated duration: July - December 2025
Salary: $18 - $21/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday
Mandatory 2-3 days in office

Were looking for a curious detail-oriented and creative Marketing Support Intern to join our team. You will work closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing to support strategic growth initiatives through research outreach and content development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is eager to learn how marketing supports broader organizational goals in the health tech space.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in identifying and researching target organizations for outreach across various sectors (academic Indigenous first responder etc.)
- Help coordinate outbound communication efforts including email campaigns contact list management and follow-up tracking
- Support the development of marketing materials such as one-pagers presentations blog posts and email copy
- Collaborate on content strategy for Keel Minds Wellness Hub helping to curate and organize resources
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales and outreach planning
- Help with internal marketing organizationmanaging brand assets file organization and version control
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to marketing brainstorms and reporting
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Psychology Business or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with Canva Google Workspace or basic CRM tools (like Pipedrive or HubSpot) is an asset
