Job Description

Position : Sales Executive

Work Hours (Client) : 9 am - 5 pm Northern AU Time

Holidays : Australian Holidays

Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month PLUS commission(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America South Africa

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Were looking for a high-energy tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our growing team in the construction industry. You ll manage and qualify inbound leads drive outbound business development and play a key role in preparing quotes and pitches. If youre passionate about sales highly responsive and eager to grow into technical estimating or quoting responsibilities we d love to meet you.

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads qualify prospects and conduct initial discovery calls
  • Prepare quotes and pricing using project inputs and templates
  • Manage the top of the sales funnel: lead qualification outreach and relationship building
  • Execute cold calls and email campaigns to generate new business
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track leads follow-ups and deal stages
  • Present tailored sales pitches to potential clients and handle queries
  • Handoff closed deals to the Project Admin team for onboarding and delivery
  • When not handling inbound leads support outbound business development efforts
  • Potential opportunity to upskill in estimating or using software tools like SimPro
  • Read construction plans and enter relevant data into quoting software (training provided)

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3 years of related experience

Industry: ideally in construction SaaS or B2B environments

  • 3 years of proven Sales experience (ideally in construction SaaS or B2B environments)
  • HubSpot CRM expertise (at least 2 years of experience using HubsSpot is required)
  • Strong communication follow-up and client engagement skills
  • Digitally fluent comfortable with tools software and learning new platforms
  • Experience with cold calling email outreach and early-stage lead nurturing
  • Ability to read construction plans and plug in key information (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SimPro or similar ERP/quoting platforms very advantageous
  • Construction or trades background a plus but not required
  • Self-driven eager to grow and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
