Youll work to make sure home inspections are arranged assist with escrow documentation schedule inspection appointments and repairs and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. - Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Ask for a positive review from buyers and sellers after the transaction has been completed
- Perform other duties as required
- Obtained real estate license pursuing a real estate license or have previous experience working at a real estate brokerage or title company in transaction coordination
- Highly motivated problem solver
