Position Overview:
This role oversees a wide range of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic treatment and rehabilitation services as well as home health hospice and community outreach programs. The Director is responsible for promoting excellence in resident care ensuring regulatory compliance and functioning as a valued member of the administrative team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (minimum).
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN License and CPR Certification
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an RN preferably in Labor and Delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience at a manager or director level in a hospital environment.

- Oversee and support quality patient care across all service lines

- Participate in strategic planning and implementation of the hospitalinitiatives
Physical Examination Responsibilities:
- Assist with lifting and moving patients
- Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional prolonged standing/walking
- Occasional reaching stooping bending kneeling and crouching
- Occasionally lift supplies/equipment
Medical Oversight Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure quality and safety
- Handle emergency or crisis situations as needed
- Make critical judgments and take action in situations that could impact patient outcomes
