The Position

YCharts is expanding our reach with enterprise and institutional firmsand were hiring a marketer who can help us do it smarter faster and with greater impact. As Growth Marketing Specialist Enterprise youll lead go-to-market strategies tailored to our highest-value client segments supporting revenue goals through personalized data-informed campaigns and strategic content.


Youll sit at the intersection of ABM product marketing and sales enablementpartnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver relevant resonant messaging to enterprise and institutional audiences. This role is built for a self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional environment and knows how to turn insight into action.

Location: Hybrid Chicago IL 1-2 days in office per week

Reports to: Director of Growth Marketing


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Enterprise & Institutional Growth
    • Own the enterprise and institutional audience vertical from acquisition to conversion
    • Lead the execution of ABM programs that target key enterprise and institutional accounts leveraging insights and personalization to accelerate the buyer journey
    • Collaborate with sales to align marketing activities with pipeline and revenue goals
    • Build multi-channel campaigns (email content webinars digital) to engage priority accounts and influence decision-makers
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data feedback and market dynamics
  • Support Product Marketing Strategy
    • Partner with product marketing to craft messaging that reflects the priorities of enterprise and institutional users
    • Contribute to go-to-market planning for new features and releases ensuring enterprise relevance in content and positioning
    • Assist in creating sales enablement materials tailored to top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel conversations
  • Create Content That Converts
    • Develop high-impact marketing assets such as case studies emails landing pages and presentations that speak directly to enterprise and institutional challenges
    • Collaborate with content & design to ensure consistency clarity and brand alignment
    • Leverage performance data and client insights to refine content strategy and distribution
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a connective tissue between marketing sales customer success and product teams
    • Share campaign insights and strategic updates with internal stakeholders
    • Offer ideas to improve marketing efficiency scalability and enterprise account coverage

Qualifications & Experience

  • 36 years in B2B SaaS marketing with direct experience in enterprise (Large RIA) and/or institutional (Large Asset Manager) segments
  • Hands-on knowledge of ABM programs and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot 6Sense DemandBase or similar)
  • Strong content development skills and editorial judgment
  • A strategic mindseta bias toward action and experience with measuring impact of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Bonus:
    • Excellent project management and communication skills
    • Experience in fintech SaaS or financial services
    • Familiarity with product marketing frameworks and go-to-market execution
    • Working knowledge of SEO and content distribution best practices
    • Comfortable creating and/or hosting video content

Compensation:

At YCharts we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the base salary range for this role is $60000-$95000 USD and the Total Cash Compensation range is $66000-$104500 USD inclusive of bonuses. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
