Job Description
Key job responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for candidates employees and business partners in the USA and respond to customer queries within SLA.
Create and improve standard operating procedures.
Manage new work customer intakes from various business stakeholders.
Operate and improve standard operating procedures to deliver new hire compliance defect reduction.
Operate and improve standard procedures to deliver an improved employee experience.
- Bachelors degree or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in conducting investigative work including claimant witness and target employee interviews investigative data analysis and production of investigative documentation
- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
