Job Description
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextWarranty Schedule Clerk located atChevrolet of Wayzata the Warranty Schedule Clerkis responsible for processing submitting and tracking manufacturer warranty claims.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information needed to get a warranty claim paid
- Processes all warranty paperwork ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
- Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmits all rejected claims promptly
- Assists with body shop warranty claims and follows up on outstanding claims
- Keeps track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed
- Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent- required
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability-required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-required
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy-required
