You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring for a Sales Director for our client. The ideal candidate can be in Nashville TN or Dallas TX or Chicago IL or Somewhere in CST time zone. The candidate will report to the companys Chief Operating Officer.
Our client is a business intelligence software company that provides documentation solutions that use AI to listen during the patient encounter to generate more comprehensive structured quality documentation thats also HIPAA compliant and secure. They are currently looking for a motivated entrepreneurial-minded sales leader that will be responsible for the full cycle of the sales process. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for generating leads qualifying leads and securing new business specifically for doctors in ambulatory care settings.
Responsibilities:
General management of full sales cycle
Responsibility and accountability for planning qualifying obtaining and managing new and existing sales opportunities
Working closely with internal teams to plan and craft outreach messaging
Facilitation of meetings with prospects and customers
Develop and deliver solution proposals and presentations. Adjust content of sales presentations based on audience prospect needs industry dynamics etc.
Management and up to date entry into the Companys CRM system and registration of leads and prospects
Ability to grasp and speak to the technically advanced product offering
Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing products etc. Recommend changes to product and service offerings by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Lead interaction with outsourced sales and marketing vendors
Desire to roll up sleeves and work in an early stage entrepreneurial environment and grow with the company
Ability to work independently and drive progress in a fast-paced early-stage environment
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare arena. Experience in healthcare IT sales is preferred.
Experience selling to ambulatory care settings (family medicine urology psychiatry etc.) preferred
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Self-motivated self-directed and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting qualifying creating value-based demonstrations selling complex solutions ability to write and direct proposal preparation experienced in objection handling and negotiating
Strong organizational skills
Proficient computer skills (HubSpot CRM experience highly preferred Microsoft Office Suite)

5 years of Sales Leadership experience in Healthcare
Must have experience in Healthcare IT Sales
Experience selling to Ambulatory Care Settings (Family Medicine Urology Psychiatry etc.)
Ability to generate identify and establish New Accounts (have a book of business)
Strong experience in prospecting qualifying creating demonstrations selling complex solutions create proposal preparation and experienced in objection handling/ negotiating

Important to Know:
Candidates MUST have Healthcare IT Sales experience
NOT looking for Medical Device Reps
Someone with Inside and Outside sales experience is ideal
MUST be comfortable coming in at an early stage company Low structure will wear multiple hats
Candidates must be willing to complete the Full Sales Cycle: Lead Generation Prospecting Leading their own Sales Campaigns Cold Calling Setting Meetings Presentations and Closing
Client is using a 3rd party BDR team that this candidate will manage

Pay Rate: OTE $200K
$120-150K Commission
Commission varies depending on size of deal
