Job Description
RIA Solutions Group is looking for a talented .NET Team Lead with at least 5 years experience as .NET Developer to join our team in developing revolutionary software solutions for a top provider in the food & beverages industry in the United States.
Their mission is to empower smarter decision-making for those engaged in vehicle-lifecycle management their teams and their customers. Their AI-enabled technologies apply proprietary algorithms on the most robust collection of vehicle repair performance and telematics data in the industry to deliver actionable insights and streamlined workflows that accelerate business outcomes.
The Tech Stack utilised in the development process: ASP .NET MVC Bootstrap Javascript WCF REST API ActiveMQ nHibernate SQL Server TeamCity.
The approaches we use are based on Scrum/Agile methodologies; we plan revise review and deploy quarterly demo updates using a Jira Scrum Board and sprints.
Preferred locations: Cluj-Napoca / Braov / Trgu Mure
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of development lifecycle
- Identifying and planning work
- Architecture and design direction
- Coaching and mentoring developers
- Project direction
- Ensuring quality and managing technical risks
- Technical direction and guidance
- Collaborating closely with clients managers and team members to thoroughly understand project requirements
- Crafting clean efficient code in the relevant language with thorough documentation
- Use testing methodologies to enhance functionalities based on test outcomes and user input
- Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or another technical/scientific field
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Very good understanding of MVC
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative team player
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
