Job Description
Industry: Accounting Firm
Job Summary:
Our automotive client is seeking a Chinese Translator to handle document translation between Chinese Khmer and English support project communication and coordination assist with financial tasks and maintain project documentation. The role requires flexibility to travel to provinces as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate documents between Chinese-Khmer-English
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Support Project Manager to resolve issues and eliminate blockers
- Monitor project progress and handle any problems
- Prepare and maintain project documents meeting minutes reports and plans
- Handle contracts and legal documents
- Manage cashier work payment applications and reimbursements
- Record meeting minutes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Chinese Accounting Finance or related field

Strong in Chinese Khmer and English translation

At least 3 years of experience in project assistant or similar role

Good computer skills: MS Word Excel PowerPoint

Strong communication and organizational skills

Willing to travel to provinces when required
