GRADE:Business Resource Planner

SALARY: 28632 rising to 35312 per annum after successful probation

ROLE TYPE:On site

HOURS:35 per week

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment keeping everything on track with your organisation skills Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Resource Planner to join our Engineering Admin team at our TrainCare Centre (TCC).

In this role youll be at the heart of our operations providing vital administrative support managing key documentation and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is often fastpacedand youll act as a main point of contact on our TCC for various employees to help provide support including sickness payroll queries and rosters.

Can you see yourself:

  • Being OrganisedKeeping things organised with accurate record-keeping asset management and archiving.
  • Being a Key Team PlayerSupporting managers and teams with essential administrative tasks including minute-taking issuing letters
  • Record MaintainingMaintaining time management systems and assisting with processes like medical referrals payroll and sickness absence tracking.
  • Communicating with a Variety of stakeholderCommunicating effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to keep things moving efficiently.
  • Flexible: Ability to adapt to any requirements from the Operations Management team and providing additionalsupportwhere necessary to others in the team

Are you:

  • Highly organised: Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all recorded information
  • A Confident Communicator comfortable working with a variety of teams and stakeholders a positive collaborative attitude is essential.
  • IT-savvy experienced in Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems
