About the role:
- Run a busy litigation practice focused on administrative and government matters
- Prepare advice on prospects develop litigation strategies and draft court documents
- Represent Commonwealth clients in the Federal Courts and AAT
- Gain exposure to high-profile cases and national-level collaboration
The ideal candidate:
- Litigation lawyer with 1-3 PQE any prior experience in government or migration matters will be highly regarded
- Interested in building your expertise in public law within private practice
- Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail.
